BlackBerry Storm 3 photos and specs show up

Yesterday, we’ve seen photos of the BlackBerry Torch 2 , BlackBerry Dakota and BlackBerry Curve Apollo , and now it’s time to take a look at yet another unannounced RIM handset: the BlackBerry Storm 3 . BGR reports that the Storm 3 will be Research In Motion’s first smartphone to come with a WVGA touchscreen display (3.7 inches).

LinkedIn for BlackBerry Updated to 1.2 with Performance and Bug Fixes

When we last wrote about the LinkedIn app it was updated to version 1.1 with support for the Storm, Pearl and more than 21 devices running OS 4.3 or later. Now the app has been updated to version 1.2 which according to LinkedIn focuses on “performance, battery life and resolving several issues our users were seeing with downloading connections.” The company has also made changes to how contacts are merged with the Address Book app, and other changes that should significantly reduce the battery life issues some users have reported. While performance and bug issues are good, it would be cool to see a new feature or two.

BlackBerry Storm 3 details emerge, BlackBerry OS 6 WebKit browser gets tested

A slide detailing some specs of the upcoming BlackBerry Storm 3 has leaked. The Storm 3 is set to be a rather minor refresh of the Storm 2 , so don’t expect anything too groundbreaking.

BlackBerry Storm 3 and Curve 3 to join the Droid 2 on Verizon?

Verizon has yet to officially announce or confirm the Motorola Droid 2 , but the smartphone is surely coming soon to the largest US carrier to make a great pair with the Droid X , and to replace the original Droid .
