LG THRILL 4G Review

August 2nd, 2011

It’s that time again, time to look at LG’s vision of a 3D media collecting and sharing world through what we saw before as the LG Optimus 3D and are now seeing as the LG THRILL 4G. This device is essentially the same piece of hardware with different bits inside and connectivity along AT&T’s bands specifically – more like branded to AT&T specifically and released on their network. Will this 3D piece of machinery change the way we see personal photo and video sharing?

Pantech Releasing 5″ Android Device, Can’t Decide if it’s a Tablet or Phone

May 24th, 2011

In my opinion a 5″ screen is smack dead in the middle of the dead zone that exists between tablets and phones. While the Dell Streak used this same screen size, it was far from the being a top seller, mostly because people thought it was just too big

Apple Retail Changes Create Community Space

May 22nd, 2011

Before I begin explaining what’s going on here, lemme say that Apple is without a doubt Google’s biggest competitor for the mobile OS world as we know it. Thusly it’s important that we know what’s going on at Apple stores specifically because the space that Apple creates for their whole product set is something that Android just does not have at this juncture

Fujitsu will have a 7″ Android tablet soon

May 19th, 2011

The tablet space (well, actually the Android tablet space) is surely looking like it’s going to heat up even more in the next few months, with more and more releases from more and more manufacturers, with specs that are better and better. However, it’s not often you hear about an upcoming 7-inch tablet, as everyone seems to be focusing exclusively on 10-inch offerings, and even those who don’t sometimes end up delaying their 7-inch products (yes Acer , I’m looking at you). Well, someone else may just take Acer’s place in this space: Fujitsu

Acer Iconia Tab A100 delayed until the second half of the year

May 17th, 2011

Acer has delayed the 7-inch Iconia Tab A100 Android Honeycomb tablet , in a move that makes absolutely no sense. Perhaps Acer’s management have decided that since Steve Jobs only likes 10-inch tablets, that’s the only size Acer should deliver
