Verizon Wireless has been rolling out their latest 4G LTE networks faster than most of us imagined they would. Basically their 4G offering is putting the rest to shame, while AT&T is barely even getting started. We last heard of around 25 new cities getting updated back in July and now only a few weeks later they are adding 15 more cities to the 4G spectrum while upgrading and expanding the reach in many others

In a move that makes total sense to us, HTC has taken to Facebook to announce the social networking-heavy HTC Status for AT&T. Â Perhaps this is could be considered more of a re-announcement than anything being that the carrier was expected to offer the phone since it was unveiled ( HTC ChaCha ) back at Mobile World Congress. Â And really, there’s no firm launch date (“summer”) or price to share with you at this point.

It is official, starting Monday June 6th Sprint will start the rollout for Android 2.3 Gingerbread for their hot selling HTC EVO 4G we all know and love. The EVO has been one of the biggest selling Android phones aside from the Galaxy S and has been a huge success for Sprint. Samsung just announced that the Galaxy Tab 10.1, given away early to attendees of Google IO (see the review here ) will be available over the next two weeks, and they snuck in a little surprise. As had been rumored , the Galaxy Tab 10.1 will indeed launch with the latest version of Honeycomb, Android 3.1 on board.
