Remember if you will back to the 26th of May when we first laid eyes and ears on the SPH-D600 , a device that was set to be a mid-range phone rolling out with WiMAX capability, four physical Android buttons, and Android 2.3.3. Kind of odd for a mid-range phone at the moment, wouldn’t you say?

Israeli company offers Kosher Smartphone

I admit, I’m not Jewish, much less Orthodox. But I do have several friends who observe the sabbath whom this new “smartphone” could be beneficial for. It’s called a “Kosher, Sin Free Smartphone,” and it’s being developed by a company in Israel.

Best Buy Mobile Give $50 Off On Droid Pro

Currently, Best Buy is offering the DROID Pro for $50 less than it’s original price. The Motorola’s Android 2.2 handset was price at $179.99 with Verizon’s two-years contract but when you purchase the device via Best Buy’s Mobile outlet, it will only cost $130. The device features a 3.1-inch multi-touch display (480 x 320 pixels, 16 million color depth), Physical QWERTY keyboard, 5-megapixel auto-focus camera, Android 2.2, 2GB internal memory, and 2 GB microSD card with support for optional cards up to 32 GB.

Samsung Captivate and Samsung Fascinate Commercials Emerge

Samsung has released promo videos for both the Samsung Captivate and Samsung Fascinate, which are heading to AT&T and Verizon respectively. We already know the pricing for the Captivate: $199.99 on a new, two-year contract after a $100 mail-in rebate.
