You’d be correct if you were wondering if AT&T had launched their 4G LTE network yet and thought to yourself, no they haven’t. That is because so far they’ve only been testing a few small areas and networks but nothing official has been launched

Already available in the US (at locations including Best Buy and Amazon), the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 will be released by Sprint, too, later this week. The third largest US carrier has has announced that it would offer a 16GB, Wi-Fi-only version of the tablet starting June 24 (this Friday). Just like elsewhere, the 16GB Galaxy Tab 10.1 will cost $499.99 at Sprint (which will let you connect the tablet to its 4G network through the Overdrive Pro 3G/4G Mobile Hotspot by Sierra Wireless, or the MiFi 3G/4G Mobile Hotspot by Novatel).

Amazon is now offering budget conscious shoppers the HTC Thunderbolt for under $100 at its wireless store.
Previously known as Pantech Moon and Pantech Bannik , the P8000 has been officially announced by AT&T under the name of Pantech Crossover. The Crossover is Pantech’s first Android smartphone made for the US market. It runs Android 2.2 Froyo, and features a sliding QWERTY keyboard, a 3.1 inch touchscreen display of unknown resolution (I’d say HVGA), accelerometer, HSPA, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Mobile Hotspot, GPS, 3.5mm headset jack, 3MP camera, a 600MHz processor, and a 2GB memory card pre-installed.

About a month ago, T-Mobile USA said that the G2X (aka LG Optimus 2X) would be upgraded to Android 2.3 Gingerbread “soon.” Now the carrier says (via its Twitter account ) that the upgrade should arrive “by summer.” Theoretically, summer in the US starts in June – thus next week. Does this mean the G2X will be upgraded by then?

The Verizon Revolution by LG will arrive on May 26, the carrier has confirmed, the latest Android smartphone to offer 4G LTE connectivity.
