It’s got a sweet version of TouchWiz, it’s got the folks at CyanogenMod working on it, and it’s just the right size for your pocket and hand without being explosively large like the Infuse 4G or the tiny feature phones all carriers still carry for one reason or another. There’s magic in them loins, and if you’ve got Fascinate, you wanna keep it fresh.

This is the update we noted at the beginning of this month and includes items in web browsing, data access, email, messaging, and a bunch of tiny items you might never notice but might as well update because updating is awesome.

T-Mobile G2x finally gets release date and pricing

T-Mobile USA has confirmed an April 20 release for the LG G2x , the carriers’ version of the LG Optimus 2X . Priced at $199.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate, the G2x will require a new, two-year agreement (and likely a mandatory data plan). Your money gets you a 1GHz Tegra 2 processor, NVIDIA’s Tegra Zone preloaded, and an 8-megapixel camera on the back.
