Motorola XOOM Super Bowl Teaser Ad Hits the Internet

Motorola has published a new teaser for the Motorola XOOM. Supposedly a teaser for the Super Bowl ad this Sunday, the minute clip features Motorola stating that it’s time to break free from control from a single manufacturer, this is 2011 not 1984.

Samsung sells 2.3m Galaxy S; 100,000 Galaxy Tab in South Korea

  Just like last month, Samsung has published its sales figures for phones sold in South Korea. A total of 1.89 million Samsung handsets were sold in November, which is a tad low as compared to October sales. Samsung also announced cumulative sales figures of some of its devices, including the Galaxy Tab and Galaxy S Series.

BlackBerry OS Surpasses iOS in Terms of Web Browsing in the US

StatCounter is a web analytics company that has published some interesting data about web browsing on the various smartphone platforms . According to their stats, which are sampled based on 15 billion pageviews per month in the US, BlackBerry OS trumped Apple’s iOS in web browsing for the first time at 34.3% versus 33% respectively.
