3.7 million Android devices activated on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

Senior Vice President of Mobile at Google Andy Rubin just tweeted that at least 3.7 million Android devices were activated on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Compare that another the Android chief’s tweet a few months ago , telling us that there are over 500,000 Android devices activated every day — it means 1 million device activations on an average two day period.
