Motorola wins iPhone injunction, AT&T throttles heavy data users, French iPhone 4S ban rejected
December 9th, 2011Motorola has won an injunction against the iPhone and the iPad in Germany. The injunction is the result of a patent case that Motorola brought against Apple and the court ruled today that Apple is infringing on the patents. AT&T has started to throttle the data speed of heavy iPhone data users back to 2G speeds from 3G.

The thing that was so strange to me when Gosling went to work for Google was at the time Google and Oracle were in a legal battle over alleged use of Java code within Android. Earlier in the month we heard the Incredible would not be lucky enough to receive an update to Android 2.3 Gingerbread but that was quickly found to be untrue. Fake Google+ app floating around hides Android malware
