Motorola has won an injunction against the iPhone and the iPad in Germany. The injunction is the result of a patent case that Motorola brought against Apple and the court ruled today that Apple is infringing on the patents. AT&T has started to throttle the data speed of heavy iPhone data users back to 2G speeds from 3G.
Apple has received permits to change 171 acres of land it owns in North Carolina. The land is adjacent to its Maiden data center and will be used for a large solar power farm for the data center

It has only been a few months since James Gosling, the geek considered the father of Java, went to work for Google. We have heard our fair share about the HTC Incredible over the past week. Earlier in the month we heard the Incredible would not be lucky enough to receive an update to Android 2.3 Gingerbread but that was quickly found to be untrue.
