Motorola wins iPhone injunction, AT&T throttles heavy data users, French iPhone 4S ban rejected

Motorola has won an injunction against the iPhone and the iPad in Germany. The injunction is the result of a patent case that Motorola brought against Apple and the court ruled today that Apple is infringing on the patents. AT&T has started to throttle the data speed of heavy iPhone data users back to 2G speeds from 3G.

HTC Incredible Official 2.3 Gingerbread Update Leaked [Download]

We have heard our fair share about the HTC Incredible over the past week. Earlier in the month we heard the Incredible would not be lucky enough to receive an update to Android 2.3 Gingerbread but that was quickly found to be untrue.
