The full touch screen phone features a 3.5-inch touch screen, built in WiFi, GPS, 5 megapixel camera, 854×480 pixels display resolution, microSD card slot and powered by the OMS 2.0 (an Android OS variant)

Samsung Galaxy S (I909) for China Telecom supports CDMA and GSM
August 19th, 2010 We saw China Mobile’s Galaxy S (I9008) couple of weeks back and now Mobile-review has got their mitts on a picture of China Telecom’s variant. Apparently, China Telecom’s version is different from the other Chinese counterpart as I909 will support CDMA2000 EV-DO Rev.

Samsung Galaxy S (GT-I9008) coming to China
August 5th, 2010 One of our tipsters sent us an image of Galaxy S that will be released in China. It’s a picture of China Mobile’s Galaxy S (GT-I9008) but our tipster claimed another version of Galaxy S is bound to come to China Telecom too. The features will most likely be the same with the 4-inch Super AMOLED display, 1GHz CPU, 5MP camera, HD video recording support etc.

New Nokia N8 clone runs Android 2.1
August 4th, 2010It’s not the first time we’re seeing a Nokia N8 clone , but this new clone is special: it runs Android 2.1 (and I guess there are a few users out there that would have wished the real N8 to run Android, not Symbian^3). Called iZiNN CJ-3, the Nokia N8 wannabe is made in China (where else?) and is based on a chip from Rockchip – which seems to power lots of  Android tablets coming out of China. The handset has a 3.5 inch display (apparently WVGA), 5MP camera, and even an HDMI port – like the N8 made by Nokia
