April 15th, 2011

The recently-unveiled HTC Sensation , apart from being the company’s flagship Android device for 2011, will also be the first smartphone to run HTC Sense 3.0, the newest version of the Taiwanese manufacturer’s UI overlay. Sense 3.0 brings a lot of new features compared to the Sense 2.1 seen on the HTC Desire S announced back at Mobile World Congress in February. Sense 3.0 also brings a lot of eye-candy, especially in the form of transition and navigation effects.

One of Verizon’s upcoming 4G LTE smartphones is made by Samsung and, until now, we’ve heard that it may be called either Droid Stealth , or Droid Charge . While neither of the names has been officially confirmed, a new image of the Android handset seems to confirm at least the Droid branding.
