Asus Transformer preorders cancelled by Target – or were they?

We’ve been getting word from Target customers that due to severe product shortages, the Bulls Eye is canceling their Asus Transformer pre-orders. Customers following up by phone with Customer Service, however, are learning a different story – that the Transformer is actually just out of stock and that their orders aren’t canceled.

Honeycomb Tablets might be getting delayed by OEMS

ZTE Style S and LTE Tablet in the works for the US

They are a small company that is based in China that have build budget phones that thousands have used. Rooted NOOKcolor Tablet gets Bluetooth, can make calls

There’s a great line in the movie Apollo 13 where Gene Kranz, the flight director of the mission, says “I don’t care what it’s designed to do, I care what it CAN do!” That couldn’t be more true for the Barnes and Noble NOOKcolor eBook reader which is turning into a pretty adaptable Android tablet . The latest hack comes from CM7 Developer “Kmoobs” who managed to bring bluetooth capability to it through CM7 Nightly for Encore which takes advantage of the hidden bluetooth capability of the NookColor’s WiFi chip.

Dell to create a 10 inch Android tablet

Dell is diving into the tablet market with both feet with a 10 inch Android Tablet as part of their “Dell Means Business” concept which promises the largest product lineup the company has ever launched.  Dell Android  tablet development is fresh off the suggestion that Dell is also creating a Windows 7 tablet in their effort to lure business into the realm of mobile computing beyond smartphones.

Archos Gets Froyo’d and Rooted!
