In Canada, Rogers is busy getting ready to launch the Sony Ericsson Xperia Play and Xperia Arc . So far, it’s only officially said that these devices are coming “during Spring 2011″, however more information has surfaced today. A reliable tipster has informed MobileSyrup that the launch date for both of the aforementioned Android-powered smartphones has been set by Rogers, and it’s going to be Thursday, April 28.

Huawei has decided to be a little more aggressive in its smartphone strategy this year. You ought to admire Dell’s tenacity.
