With the firmware 3.0 can finally effect the copy/paste on iPhone. Clipboard exploiting really this novelty, allows to memorize all of that we have copied and to create so a historian of the pastboard, to view it then in any moment and permanently.

Therefore It is an useful function if you for instance have the necessity to copy more sentences or link, or simply if you must preserve those expressions and/or words that we use more often in the Mail, in the notes or in the simple Smses.
The operation is very simple: all it takes is copying any text using the new function of the Fw 3.0 and to open Clipboard because such text is automatically memorized. You can repeat the same operation for any other word or sentence that you want, or also to copy a link from Safari that it will be saved then in the voice “urls” (while the simple text is saved in “Texts”).

To take back a link or a word memorized in Clipboard is enough click up from the principal menu and automatically it will come “copied” for then to be pasted in any other iPhone’s application.
The words / sentences can also be sent by Mail, while the Link can be also open directly in Safari.
For the realization of this utility two new technologies, introduced with Fw 3.0, are been used: UIPasteboard for the system pastboard and the Core Date Framework for the management of the persistence.
I can tell you that, for the one that makes wide use of the copy/paste like me, ClipBoard is a manna from heaven (unfortunately Apple not allowing the background makes impossible to be able to automatically paste the text without the necessity to open Clipboard…) and will result useful in many occasions.
