Spotify is a music streaming service with desktop application from a Swedish company called “Spotify AB”. It is already immensely popular in the 7 European countries. Step 1 Setting Replay Music

Once you have the Replay Music (Spotify ripper) installed. Now,  it’s time to configure.  Click “Settings“.

You could choose a folder for saving ripped mp3 files. Please  set the “Input Source:“  as “Audio Driver“. That’s all for input setting.

the next is set “Outpurt” tab. (see the screenshot below) What I suggested is that you modify “File name format:” to “%A – %T” as this will make better looking of file names. Then, set the quality of the Spotify ripping from 128kbit/s to 192kbit/s. You won’t  get high quality music if you set higher bitrate then 192kbit/s as Spotify only streams music at ~168kbit/s. Lastly, change CBR to VBR for the great output quality but with smaller file sizes. Click “OK” to close the settings window and enjoy ripping.

Step 2 start ripping

Start Spotify and find an album or a playlist that you want to rip.  Launch Replay Music and click on “Start Recording”

Change “Album:” to the album name or playlist name you desire. If you are not ripping full albums or complete playlist it is acceptable to simply leave  a default album name. If you do not utilize iTunes it is suggested that you uncheck “Add tracks to iTunes” then click “Ok”.

Now that Replay Music is launched and ready, go back to Spotify and start your music. this part I liked msot, Replay Music will perform automatically their magic and rip and name all the tracks that you are playing in Spotify.  In fact, Replay Music will rip any and every song playing on Spotify until the “Stop Recording” button is clicked.
